The staff were so helpful, I felt like they were my personal assistants. The nearest airport might as well be in another universe, it's so conveniently far away. Central Embassy is practically a stone's throw away, if you have the arm of a professional baseball player.

Oh, I just loved everything about it, so no cons whatsoever.

stayed here again and was even more impressed than last time. the location is perfect, with lots of convenient stores and places to eat nearby. the rooms are fresh and clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. loved the free wifi and streaming apps on the smart TV in the room.

The location of the hotel was great - at a moderate distance from a shopping mall. There were netflix and blackout drapes in the room, enjoyed that.

Oh, the view from my room was just breathtaking. if you find electricity poles and cables breathtaking, that is.

The hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The modern and clean design left us in awe. The location was super convenient, with Central Rama Mall and Jodd Fairs Night Market just a stone's throw away. The night receptionist and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was jaw-droppingly AMAZING. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi, valet parking, a 24-hour reception, 24-hour security, a flat-screen TV, a lift. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Staff are willing to help at any time of the day at the reception. They were like superheroes ready to assist me, always there to save the day with their friendly smiles and quick solutions.

The air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi felt perfect for our family's stay. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring the city. We especially loved the balcony, where we could enjoy the view and unwind. The satellite TV in the room was a great addition, allowing us to catch up on our favorite shows and movies during our downtime. It made us feel right at home. Having a desk in all the rooms was a big plus for us as it allowed us to work and plan our itinerary comfortably.

Personally, we found one feature that didn't quite match our taste. While some may appreciate it, we felt that the air conditioning in the twin room was a bit too strong for our liking.

The location for Bangkok was favourable and excellent, adjacent to shopping mall, jodfair night market and MRT, so many food shops around, and Din Daeng, the noisiest district in Bangkok. We were greeted by the superbly friendly and amicable staff.

We had a fantastic stay at Neuf@Ratchada. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and comfortable beds. The hotel's location was perfect, close to malls, markets, and cinemas. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and the lobby was available 24/7. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and we enjoyed streaming on the big smart TV. Parking was convenient and we appreciated the daily room cleaning and complimentary water. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Bangkok.

Central Embassy being 4.4 km away gave me the perfect excuse to take a leisurely stroll. Emporium Shopping Mall being 2.8 miles from the hotel was a great opportunity for some retail therapy.

Oh, let me tell you, the sidewalks and the traffic in that district were an absolute dream to navigate. Not to mention, the TV settings in my room were all in Chinese, so I had a blast trying to figure out what was on.

The hotel we stayed at during Christmas was modern and clean, with beds that were extremely comfortable and a great bathroom and shower. The Wi-Fi worked well and wasn't slow.

The hotel's small balcony was not really usable since we had to climb out of the window to access it, and once we were out there, there was nothing to sit on or any table to place anything on.
